Snack On This: Roasted Seaweed

Seaweed is loaded with healthy nutrients that help to sustain our bodies. Roasted seaweed is a great snack alternative and is crunchy and salty!
Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of seaweed (nori) can be found in Asian or most major grocery stores
- 1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp. salt (pref. flake sea salt)
- black seasame seeds (optional)
How To Make:
- preheat oven to 300*
- On a cookie sheet lay out nori sheets and brush each side with the seasame oil (brush lightly).
- Sprinkle both sides with salt (decrease or increase according to taste.)
- Bake for five minutes.
- After the nori is dry and slightly crisp from the baking sprinkle with sesame seeds if you are using.
- After the nori has cooled cut into small rectangles and enjoy!
